Form and preparation
Strong alkaline concentrate for removing baked-on grease from professional kitchen equipment.
Application
For grills and ovens, the manufacturer specifies applying neat to soil, allowing 3–10 minutes of contact, then rinsing thoroughly. Check the instructions for other equipment.
Consumption
Dose depends on cleaning method and soil level; kitchen area does not determine litres needed.
Important details
Do not use on aluminium, non-ferrous metals or Teflon coatings. Wear gloves and check surface compatibility and manufacturer instructions.
